Refund & Cancellation Policy
CraftAWish sells digital, instantly-delivered, personalized products. This policy explains the specific situations where a refund is available, and how to request one. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves.
1. When a refund is available
- Duplicate charge. You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a payment error.
- Payment taken, feature not delivered. Razorpay confirmed your payment, but a verified technical fault on our side meant the paid template, feature, or removal of branding never actually applied to your wish.
- Unauthorized transaction. A payment was made on your account without your authorization (subject to our standard verification process, to confirm the claim before refunding).
2. When a refund is not available
- Change of mind after a paid feature has already been delivered and used.
- Dissatisfaction with your own personalized content — the name, message, photos, and wording in a wish are entirely yours to write; we can't refund a purchase because the result reflects what you personally entered.
- The recipient's reaction to the wish, or how the wish was received.
- Requests made after the request window in Section 3 has closed.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@dharmdutt.com within 7 days of the payment date, including:
- The Razorpay payment ID or order ID (from your payment confirmation email/SMS).
- The email address or username on your CraftAWish account.
- A short description of what went wrong.
We'll review the request and reply within a reasonable time, generally within a few business days, letting you know whether it's approved.
4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Razorpay. Once initiated, funds typically reach you within Razorpay's standard settlement window (usually 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider) — this timing is controlled by Razorpay and your bank, not by us.
5. Partial refunds
Where only part of a purchase was affected by a fault (for example, one feature among several failed to apply), we may issue a partial refund reflecting the affected portion rather than the full amount.
6. Questions
If you're not sure whether your situation qualifies, email us anyway — support@dharmdutt.com — and we'll help figure it out.
